Wednesday, May 16
6^th and 7^th Grade in the Youth Room with Kurt.
-We will be walking to the Moorhead Tastee Freez
-We leave at exactly 7:30pm. DON’T BE LATE!!!
-Each Student will receive a FREE medium cone from CtK.

Wednesday, May 23
6^th 7^th 8^th Grade.  All Classes attend the Special “Summer Celebration Worship” at 6:30pm.
6^th 7^th 8^th Grade will receive a special certificate for completing your class.
-Free ice cream with all the toppings at 7:30pm.
-5^th Grade and Parent’s meet with Pastor Matt after ice cream
-8^th Grade and Parent’s will meet with Pastor Kathy and Kurt after ice cream.

CLASS OF 2012

Monday, May 21 = 12^th  Grade   “No School Monday” 

The CtK Class of 2012 will gather on Monday May 21
from 9am until 2pm in the Rock at Christ the King.  To attend this event at Christ the King you must do the following.
-Parents/Guardian must call Moorhead High School Attendance Line at 284-2301 and confirm you will be attending.  Parents/Guardian may leave a message.  Call now or before school starts on Monday, May 21.  You can’t just show up. It’s your
responsibility to have your parents/guardian contact the school. This is school policy.  Christ the King will provide a time sign-in and time sign-out sheet for this event, and you must
sign both times.

Here’s the plan:
Hang-out, play games, watch a movie, eat, reminisce, talk about the future, and sign the canvas art project which will hang in the Youth Room-FOREVER (The Sandlot quote). Lunch will be provided.

Sunday, May 27 is “Quilt Sunday-Senior Sunday”
The Quilters of Christ the King Church work all year to make these beautiful quilts for you the
class of 2012. Please give and show them your respect by attending “Quilt Sunday”
on Sunday, May 27 at 9:30am. We are expecting and requesting that you attend. A
class picture will be taken during the 12 Grade Reception which follows
worship. The reception will be in the Christus Rex.

ALSO:  Scholarship  Date Extended to Thursday, May 17
All High School Seniors are encouraged to fill out an application for a WELCA
scholarship towards their college tuition. Form is available in the Church
office. Anywhere from $100-$200 will be awarded to each student who applies.
All forms need to be in the Church Office no later than Thursday, May 17.
